Dr. Robert P. Franks is president and chief executive officer of the Judge Baker Children's Center (JBCC). Vice President of Advancement
Sarah Duggan joined Judge Baker Children's Center in February 2016 as Vice President of Advancement.   Prior to coming to Judge Baker, Sarah was the Director of the Friends of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a non-profit organization committed to raising funds for cancer research, patient support programs and community education initiatives. Senior Research Advisor; Principal Investigator, TEAMS; Director, Preventive Intervention Project
Dr. William Beardslee directs the Preventive Intervention Project at Judge Baker Children's Center and also the Prevention of Depression Study.  He has served as the Academic Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Children's Hospital Boston and is the Gardner-Monks Professor of Child Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Rhea Chase is the Director of Early Childhood Programs at Judge Baker Children’s Center. Director of Training; Assistant Director of the Center for Effective Child Therapy
Dr. Dan Cheron is the Director of Training at Judge Baker Children’s Center and the Assistant Director at The Center for Effective Child Therapy. Judith Crowell
Principal Investigator
Dr. Crowell is a child psychiatrist and researcher with expertise in attachment, stress and adversity, and mental health. She has been involved with the  project since 1992 when the original participants were in their mid-20's.   Dr. Crowell is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at Stony Brook University, but travels to Boston monthly and is in touch with the rest of the staff on a daily basis.
