Robert P. Franks, Ph.D., a clinical child psychologist and national leader in children’s mental health, has been named president and CEO of Judge Baker Children’s Center (JBCC). Franks is currently director of the Center for Effective Practice and vice president of the Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut, Inc. Dr. William R. Beardslee, a Trustee and Senior Research Advisor at Judge Baker Children's Center, will receive the 2013 Gerald L. Klerman Senior Investigator Award at the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance 2014 Scientific Advisory Board Reception in New York City on May 4, 2014. The Gerald L.
