2015 Rodman Ride for Kids
Judge Baker Children’s Center Celebrates 10 Years with the Rodman Ride for Kids
On Saturday, September 26, 2015, 15 members of Judge Baker’s Manville School staff, including school director Jim Prince, headed out on the 25 mile course for the 25th Rodman Ride for Kids. A sixteenth rider, school chef Seamus Healy, was unable to be at the Ride but participated as a virtual rider, completing his own 100 mile course on another day.
We would also like to thank our volunteers who came out to brave the cold of the early morning and help pin bib numbers on the back of more than 1,100 riders. In particular, we would like to thank Robyn Heisey of TripAdvisor. Robyn, her husband and their two children did an outstanding job supporting our effort and getting all the riders ready to head out on to the course with their bib and bike numbers.
Judge Baker is halfway to our fundraising goal of $100,000. If you would like to make a donation in support of Judge Baker Children’s Center and our fabulous group of volunteer riders, please go to http://judge.kintera.org/ride.
