Robert P. Franks, Ph.D., a clinical child psychologist and national leader in children’s mental health, has been named president and CEO of Judge Baker Children’s Center (JBCC). Franks is currently director of the Center for Effective Practice and vice president of the Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut, Inc.
