Chelsey Robinson, LICSW

Staff Clinical Social Worker

Chelsey Robinson is a staff clinical social worker and licensed provider at the Center for Effective Child Therapy at Judge Baker Children's Center. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of New Hampshire. Ms. Robinson earned her master's degree at Wheelock College with a concentration in Early Education where she completed her clinical placement at Boston Children's Hospital. She has extensive experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, behavioral and trauma related concerns. She is certified in a number of evidenced based practices, including Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), MATCH-ADTC, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She is experienced in customizing cognitive behavioral practices to meet the individualized needs of each child and family. She has served as a mental health consultant under the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, including facilitating center wide trainings to multiple Head Start programs. Ms. Robinson makes regular use of the quality assurance tool TRAC to ensure maximum effectiveness of her cognitive behavioral clinical work. Ms. Robinson is also experienced in facilitating semi-structured diagnostic interviews for children and adolescents using the K-SADS assessment tool.
